Clove, adds a spicy taste to this tea and helps to soothe the stomach. Star anise, gives a pleasant aroma to the tea. Cardamom contributes to the spicy aroma of the tea, and ginger soothes the nerves and helps in digestion. Steep a tea bag in a cup of hot boiling water, and leave it for 3-5 minutes.
