Cooking Instructions
1. Make shallow diagonal cuts on 500g chicken. Marinate it with 40ml oil (3 tbsp) and 1 pack - 30g Nimkish Butter Chicken Masala. Allow to rest for 15 minutes in refrigerator. 2. Heat 40ml oil (3 tbsp) in a large pan and add marinated chicken pieces and sauté on medium heat until tender. Put 200g crushed tomatoes (3 pcs) and sauté until oil separates. 3. Add 225ml milk (3/4th cup), 100g cream and keep on stirring on high heat till it boils. Close the lid and simmer for 5 minutes or till curry is thick. Garnish with fresh coriander. Tip: For sweeter curry add 30g (2 tbsp) tomato ketchup while adding cream & milk. For 1 kg Chicken: Milk - 450ml (1.5 cups) | Oil - 60ml (4tbsp). All other ingredients -in the front of the pack |
