COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
*2 Packs inside. 1 Pack for 500g Chicken. Double all quantities for 1 kg Chicken. 1. Marinate 500g chicken pieces with 40ml oil (3 tbsp) and 1 pack - 30g of Nimkish Kadai Chicken Spice Mix. Keep aside for 15 minutes in refrigerator. 2. Heat 40ml oil (3 tbsp) in a pan and sauté the marinated chicken pieces for 5 – 7 minutes on medium heat. Add 200g (3 pcs) crushed tomatoes and continue to sauté for 2-3 minutes until oil separates. Put 200 ml water (3/4th cup) and stir. Then, cover with lid and cook until desired consistency. 3. Once the chicken is done, add 100g of each - 1 medium sized diced capsicum and onion. Sauté for 1 minute on high heat, cover with lid and let it stand for few minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with roti or naan. |
