COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash 500g meat in a bowl and mix 1 pack-30g of Nimkish Mutton Rogan Josh Spice Mix, 55ml oil (4 tbsp) and 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes. 2. Put the mixture in a cooker/pan and sauté on low heat until oil separates. 3. Add 1 ¼ cup (400ml) of water, close the lid and cook on high heat. After first whistle cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the stove and let the steam release from the cooker. Open the lid and garnish with fresh coriander. Note: If cooking in a pan, let the meat simmer on low heat for 30 – 40 minutes or until it's tender and cooked through. (For 1 kg Meat: Water- 2 ¼ Cups (700ml) | Oil - 80ml) All other ingredients are given in the front of the pack. |
